7.6x350mm nylon Cable Ties are heavy-duty self-locking fasteners designed for securing medium to large cable bundles, wiring harnesses, and industrial assemblies. The 7.6 mm wide strap provides a stronger fastening profile than standard nylon zip ties, while the 350 mm length offers extended wrapping reach for cable groups that require more installation length. With a tensile strength of 120 lbs, this size is suitable for applications where higher fastening strength is required.

Made from UL-approved Nylon 66, these Cable Ties provide good mechanical strength, electrical insulation, heat resistance, anti-aging performance, and corrosion resistance. The specified bundle diameter is approximately 4–90 mm, depending on the installation configuration. The integrated self-locking head allows quick fastening without additional hardware, while the material is UL 94 V-2 rated and suitable for an operating temperature range of -35°C to 85°C.

The 7.6x350mm size is suitable for electrical installations, industrial machinery, control cabinets, power and communication wiring, automotive harnesses, equipment assembly, and other cable management applications requiring a wider strap and extended fastening length. Natural, UV black, and other colors are available, with MZ or OEM packaging options.
