4.8x400 mm Nylon Cable Ties 

4.8x400mm nylon cable ties are self-locking fasteners designed for cable assemblies that require more wrapping length than shorter standard-size zip ties. The 4.8 mm strap provides a balanced combination of flexibility and fastening strength, while the 400 mm length gives installers additional reach around medium-sized cable groups, wiring harnesses, and equipment assemblies. With a 50 lbs tensile strength, this size is suitable for general industrial and medium-duty cable bundling.

Manufactured from UL-approved Nylon 66, these cable ties provide good electrical insulation and resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. The integrated locking head allows fast installation directly around the cable bundle without a separate buckle. The specified bundle diameter range is approximately 3–150 mm, depending on the installation configuration, and the material is rated UL 94 V-2 for flammability. The operating temperature range is -35°C to 85°C.

The 4.8x400mm size is suitable for industrial wiring, automotive cable harnesses, data cabling, control equipment, machinery, electrical installations, and other applications where a longer nylon cable tie is needed without moving to a wider heavy-duty strap. Natural, UV black, and other colors are available for different OEM and project requirements.
