2.5x100mm nylon Cable Ties are compact self-locking fasteners designed for organizing and securing small wire groups, cables, and lightweight harnesses. With a narrow 2.5 mm strap and 100 mm length, this size is well suited to installations where a smaller fastening profile is preferred and excess strap length needs to be minimized.

Manufactured from UL-approved PA66 Nylon 66, these miniature Cable Ties provide 18 lbs tensile strength with good electrical insulation, heat resistance, aging resistance, and corrosion resistance. The self-locking head allows quick installation around small cable bundles, while the compact dimensions make them practical for electrical assemblies and confined wiring spaces. Natural, UV black, and other colors are available according to application requirements.

The 2.5x100mm size can be used for electronic wiring, small cable harnesses, control equipment, telecommunications, appliance wiring, and general wire organization. Multiple packaging quantities are available, including 100, 250, 500, and 1000 pieces per bag, making this size suitable for both production use and high-volume cable assembly.
