3.6x300mm nylon Cable Ties are self-locking fasteners designed for organizing and securing wire bundles, cable harnesses, and electrical assemblies that require additional strap length. The 300 mm length provides more wrapping reach than shorter 3.6 mm Cable Ties, while the 3.6 mm strap width offers a practical balance of flexibility and fastening strength for general cable management applications.

Made from UL-approved Nylon 66, these Cable Ties provide 40 lbs tensile strength and support bundle diameters from approximately 3 mm to 105 mm according to the installation requirement. The integrated self-locking head allows quick fastening without additional hardware. Nylon 66 provides good electrical insulation, heat resistance, anti-aging performance, and resistance to corrosion, with an operating temperature range of -35°C to 85°C.

The 3.6x300mm size is suitable for electrical wiring, cable harnesses, control cabinets, telecommunications equipment, machinery, automotive wiring, and industrial cable organization where a longer tie is preferred for larger or more widely spaced bundles. Natural, UV black, and other colors are available, with MZ or OEM options for packaging and branding requirements.
