UL approved 3.6x150 mm Self-Locking Nylon Cable Tie

3.6x150mm nylon Cable Ties are compact self-locking fasteners designed for securing individual wire groups, small harnesses, and equipment wiring where a shorter strap is easier to handle. The 3.6 mm strap provides a practical balance between flexibility and mechanical strength, while the 150 mm length is well suited to installations that do not require the additional strap reach of longer Cable Ties. With a 40 lbs tensile strength, this size fits a wide range of everyday electrical assembly work.

Manufactured from UL-approved Nylon 66, these Cable Ties provide good electrical insulation and resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. The integrated locking head holds the strap in position during installation, making the tie suitable for repetitive wiring and assembly operations. The product is specified for bundle diameters of approximately 3–120 mm depending on installation, with an operating temperature range of -35°C to 85°C and a UL 94 V-2 flammability rating.

These 3.6mm nylon Cable Ties are particularly suitable for appliance wiring, automotive electronics, control panels, electrical equipment, small cable harnesses, and general wire organization. Natural and UV black are standard options, while other colors can be supplied for OEM and project requirements.
