4.8x300mm Nylon Cable Ties 

4.8x300mm nylon cable ties are self-locking fasteners designed for organizing and securing wires, cables, harnesses, and equipment wiring. The 4.8 mm strap width provides a practical balance between flexibility and fastening strength, while the 300 mm length offers sufficient wrapping reach for medium-sized cable bundles. With a 50 lbs tensile strength, this size is suitable for general-purpose cable management and electrical assembly.

Manufactured from UL-approved Nylon 66, these cable ties provide good electrical insulation together with resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. The integrated self-locking head allows the tie to be installed directly around a cable bundle without a separate buckle or fastening component. The specified bundle diameter range is approximately 3–150 mm, depending on the installation configuration, while the operating temperature range is -35°C to 85°C.

The 4.8x300mm size is suitable for electrical wiring, machinery, control cabinets, equipment assembly, telecommunications, automotive harnesses, and general industrial cable management. Natural and UV black are standard options, with other colors available for OEM and project requirements.
