316 Stainless Steel Cable Ties
316 stainless steel Cable Ties are designed for cable and component fastening in environments where corrosion resistance is a critical requirement. Made with 316 stainless steel as an available material option, these metal zip ties provide a durable fastening solution for marine, chemical, industrial, and other harsh environments where conventional fastening materials may have limited service life.
The ball-locking design provides mechanical retention during installation, while the stainless steel construction offers high resistance to corrosion and acids. The range includes widths of 4.6 mm, 7.9 mm, and 12 mm, with lengths from 100 mm to 1200 mm. Depending on the selected size, tensile strength is available up to 200 kg, allowing the range to cover applications from general cable organization to larger equipment and component bundling.
These marine grade stainless steel Cable Ties are suitable for shipbuilding, offshore equipment, chemical processing, power generation, bridge construction, industrial machinery, electrical installations, instrumentation, and engineering projects. 201 and 304 stainless steel options are also available when a different balance of material performance and cost is required. Coated finishes can be supplied for specific project requirements.
