12x650mm nylon Cable Ties are high-strength self-locking fasteners developed for large cable bundles, heavy equipment wiring, and industrial assemblies that require a wider strap and higher tensile capacity. With a 12 mm strap width, 650 mm length, and 220 lbs tensile strength, this size provides substantial fastening strength and extended wrapping reach for large-diameter cable groups.

Manufactured from UL-approved Nylon 66, these industrial nylon Cable Ties combine high mechanical strength with good electrical insulation, heat resistance, anti-aging performance, and corrosion resistance. The specified bundle diameter range is approximately 10–185 mm, making the 12x650mm size suitable for applications where conventional 4.8 mm, 7.6 mm, or 9.0 mm Cable Ties may not provide sufficient strap width or fastening capacity. The material is UL 94 V-2 rated and operates from -35°C to 85°C.

The 12x650mm nylon cable tie is particularly suitable for heavy machinery, industrial equipment, large electrical installations, power and communication cable assemblies, control systems, and large-diameter cable bundling. Natural, UV black, and other colors are available, with MZ or OEM options for bulk orders and customized requirements.
