12x600mm nylon Cable Ties are high-strength self-locking fasteners designed for large cable bundles, heavy equipment wiring, and industrial cable management. The 12 mm wide strap provides a broad fastening surface, while the 600 mm length offers extended wrapping reach for large-diameter cable groups. With a tensile strength of 220 lbs, this size is intended for applications that require substantially higher fastening strength than standard nylon zip ties.

Manufactured from UL-approved Nylon 66, these heavy-duty Cable Ties combine high mechanical strength with good electrical insulation and resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. The 12x600mm size accommodates cable bundles from approximately 10 mm to 170 mm in diameter. Its integrated self-locking head allows direct installation around the cable group without a separate buckle. The material is UL 94 V-2 rated and suitable for an operating temperature range of -35°C to 85°C.
