9.0x450mm nylon Cable Ties are high-strength self-locking fasteners designed for securing large cable bundles, wiring harnesses, and equipment assemblies. The 9.0 mm wide strap provides a strong fastening profile, while the 450 mm length offers sufficient wrapping reach for larger cable groups without moving to an ultra-long 500 mm or 1000 mm tie. With a tensile strength of 175 lbs, this size is suitable for applications requiring higher mechanical load capacity.

Manufactured from UL-approved Nylon 66, these heavy-duty nylon Cable Ties provide good mechanical strength, electrical insulation, heat resistance, anti-aging performance, and resistance to corrosion. The specified bundle diameter range is approximately 8–118 mm. The integrated self-locking head allows quick installation without a separate buckle or fastening component, while the material is UL 94 V-2 rated and suitable for an operating temperature range of -35°C to 85°C.

The 9.0x450mm size is suitable for industrial wiring, electrical equipment, machinery, control cabinets, power and communication cable assemblies, automotive harnesses, and other large-bundle cable management applications.
