UL approved 9.0x650 mm Self-Locking Nylon Cable Tie

9.0x650mm nylon Cable Ties are long-length self-locking fasteners developed for large cable bundles, extended wire harnesses, and equipment wiring that requires greater wrapping reach. The 9.0 mm wide strap provides a strong fastening profile, while the 650 mm length allows the tie to accommodate larger cable groups without moving to a wider strap. With a tensile strength of 175 lbs, this size is designed for demanding cable management and assembly applications.

Manufactured from UL-approved Nylon 66, these 650mm nylon Cable Ties provide high mechanical strength together with good electrical insulation and resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. The integrated self-locking head secures the strap directly around the cable bundle. This model supports bundle diameters of approximately 8–185 mm, making it suitable for larger-diameter wiring configurations. The material is UL 94 V-2 rated and operates from -35°C to 85°C.

These extra-long nylon Cable Ties are suitable for large wire harnesses, industrial wiring, machinery, electrical equipment, control systems, telecommunications installations, and other applications where additional wrapping length is required. Natural and UV black are standard options, while other colors and OEM packaging can be supplied according to project requirements.
