UL approved 9.0x600 mm Self-Locking Nylon Cable Tie

9.0x600mm nylon Cable Ties are heavy-duty self-locking fasteners designed for securing large cable bundles and wiring assemblies that require both high tensile strength and extended wrapping length. The 9.0 mm wide strap provides a substantial fastening profile, while the 600 mm length offers additional reach for larger-diameter cable groups. With a 175 lbs tensile strength, this size is suitable for demanding industrial cable management applications.

Made from UL-approved Nylon 66, these 600mm nylon Cable Ties provide good mechanical strength and electrical insulation, together with resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. The integrated self-locking head secures the strap directly around the bundle for straightforward installation. The specified bundle diameter is approximately 8–170 mm. The material is UL 94 V-2 rated and has an operating temperature range of -35°C to 85°C.

These long nylon Cable Ties are suitable for industrial wiring, large cable harnesses, machinery, electrical equipment, control systems, telecommunications installations, and other applications where a high-strength tie with extended wrapping capacity is required. Natural and UV black are standard colors, with other colors and OEM options available on request.
