UL approved 9.0x550 mm Self-Locking Nylon Cable Tie

9.0x550mm nylon Cable Ties are long-length, heavy-duty fastening ties designed for securing larger wire bundles, cable harnesses, and industrial wiring assemblies. The 9.0 mm wide strap provides a strong fastening profile, while the 550 mm length gives installers additional wrapping reach for cable groups that require more circumference than standard-size ties. With a tensile strength of 175 lbs, this size is suitable for demanding cable bundling applications.

Manufactured from UL-approved Nylon 66, these self-locking nylon Cable Ties combine high mechanical strength with good electrical insulation and resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. The integrated locking head allows the strap to be fastened directly around the bundle without a separate buckle. The specified bundle diameter is approximately 8–160 mm, with an operating temperature range of -35°C to 85°C and UL 94 V-2 flammability performance.

These 550mm nylon Cable Ties are suitable for industrial wiring, large cable harnesses, electrical equipment, machinery, control systems, telecommunications installations, and other applications requiring a long cable tie with high tensile strength.
