9.0x400mm nylon Cable Ties are high-strength self-locking fasteners designed for securing cable bundles, wiring harnesses, and equipment wiring where a strong strap is needed without excessive tie length. The 9.0 mm wide body provides a substantial fastening profile, while the 400 mm length offers practical wrapping reach for medium to large cable groups. With a tensile strength of 175 lbs, this size is suitable for demanding fastening applications.

Made from UL-approved Nylon 66, these heavy-duty nylon Cable Ties provide reliable mechanical strength together with good electrical insulation, heat resistance, anti-aging performance, and corrosion resistance. The 9.0x400mm size accommodates cable bundles approximately 8–105 mm in diameter. Its integrated self-locking head allows the tie to be installed directly around the bundle, making it useful where installation space or fastening access is limited. The material is UL 94 V-2 rated and operates from -35°C to 85°C.
